I've always struggled with bein...This is great! I've always struggled with being a gym person. I've joined gyms several times in the past and would be really great and motivated for the first couple of months and then would just lose the drive and stop going. I just cancelled a membership in December after paying for it and not using it for a year! Yikes lol that was the last time I will do the gym thing I think, so I have been looking for things that I can do at home to get some exercise. I'm a member at our local gym and have just started forcing myself to get there 4 days/week before work (which means really early but I've learned that trying to do it after work doesn't happen.
